Powerful, energetic and with still a touch of country, the choice of “Headlong” was foot stomping enough to bring to mind Gretchen, Miranda and (dare I say it) yes, even Carrie.  Huge crowd response for this surprising song choice and even the judges liked it – yeah, him too.  The power that has been hinted at was finally set loose.
