Juggling a very busy career as the service manager of a large residential/commercial air conditioning & heating company with the co-ownership of a music promotion company can be a bit hectic, Wayne will admit.  With twenty-two years of experience in the H.V.A.C. industry and as a licensed refrigeration mechanic he’s been given the job of keeping the service department in top running shape.  So, when does he have time to do the enormous amount of work it sometimes takes to keep Opry North moving ahead?  When he gets home from work, that’s when.  Luckily, an aptitude for technical tasks has been successfully transferred to the computer world too, with Wayne being responsible for building the three computer systems it takes to handle the work as well as doing all of the graphic design, website design, photography and desktop publishing jobs for Opry North and her subsidiary companies, Whitepaw Productions and Northern Star Entertainment.

A visionary who can design anything in a 3 D style in his mind, then find a way to put it on a website or on paper, Wayne is limited only by a lack of time and an extremely pumped up computer system.  Putting all of this to good use was the challenge until he happened to meet a large group of extraordinary people who really did deserve to be handed a break once in a while.  So, with the birth of Opry North and the challenge of making things work in the country music artists favour (for a change) the time after ‘work’ became the time to ‘work’ for fun…in a way.  Frustrating at times yes, but extremely rewarding when he’s able to hear about an artist/fan connection or artist advancement of some kind as a result of that work.  Years of experience ‘in the real world’ have more than prepared him for the job of making things better for country music artists, from a keyboard, the lens of a camera or behind the stage.
